All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department or communicated to your Account Manager. Once the respective department confirms the request, the cancellation will be considered valid.
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order for consideration. The project must not have begun execution.
Third-party services, such as web development, hosting, and content writing, are the sole responsibility of their providers. Web Karo India will not be liable for any issues arising from their use.
